    APPLICATION OF THE POLICY

    This Policy describes how the Charitable Organization INTERNATIONAL CHARITY FUND “REBUILDING RURAL UKRAINE” (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) in the course of its statutory activities collects, uses and discloses information that may contain personal data, and what opportunities visitors to the website of the Charitable Organization INTERNATIONAL CHARITY FUND “RESTORATION OF UKRAINIAN Rural Areas” (https://wrru. org), regarding such information.

    This Policy applies to the services offered by the Charitable Foundation’s website, in particular, to correspondence with the Charitable Foundation and making charitable donations.

    This Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation, as well as the requirements of European directives and regulations on personal data protection, since the services of the Charitable Foundation’s website are publicly available to both citizens of Ukraine and citizens of other countries.

    If you want your name as a donor charity to be disclosed on the website, you can enter your name in a specific field when making a charitable donation.

     

    We may also collect, store and use any other personal data you choose to send us. In cases where it is specifically stated that some data is optional, you may not provide it. In any case, the Foundation does not collect or receive any sensitive information about visitors.

    Our website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
