Export

January 16, 2026

Total exports of grains and legumes from Ukraine in the 2025/26 MY amounted to 16.92 mln tons, which is 7 mln tons, or 29% less than in the previous season.
Wheat exports reached 8.2 mln tons, down 2 mln tons, or 20% compared to the previous season.
Barley exports exceeded 1.3 mln tons, showing a 34% decline compared to the same date of the previous season.
Rye exports totaled 0.2 K tons, dozens of times lower than 10.8 K tons recorded in the previous season.
Corn exports amounted to 7 mln tons, which is 37% less than in the previous season.
Flour exports from Ukraine reached 36 K tons, 9% lower than in the previous season.

January 11, 2026

In 2025, Ukrzaliznytsia transported 25.481 mln tons of grainfor export, which is 25.3%, or 8.651 mln tons, less than in 2024.
Throughout 2025, 92% of export grain volumes were shipped via seaports.
In total, Ukrzaliznytsia transported 23.454 mln tons of grain to ports.
The largest decline among ports was recorded at the Izmail Sea Port, where 310 K tons were handled in 2025 – 74% less than in 2024.

Harvesting

January 15, 2026

As of January 15, 2026, a total of 59.0 mln tons of grains and legumes had been harvested, with an average yield of 5.30 t/ha.
Corn harvest reached 28.9 mln tons at a yield of 7.17 t/ha. This figure is 200 K tons higher than the previous week.
At the same time, sunflower production totaled 9.3 mln tons with a yield of 1.92 t/ha, while soybean output reached nearly 4.9 mln tons at 2.37 t/ha. These indicators remained unchanged.
