- Fierce fighting continues in and around Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad.
- On November 6, russian forces conducted around 100 assault actions in the Pokrovsk sector — one of the highest daily numbers recorded in 2025.
- This indicates that the enemy is attempting to accelerate its offensive and is committing all available reserves.
- For comparison, higher assault numbers were registered only on May 3 and 4 — 113 and 115 attacks respectively.
- The Ukrainian Defense Forces maintain control of the situation, conducting search-and-strike operations and effectively containing enemy advances.

Attacks on Odesa and Kherson
October 29, 2025
Odesa
- russian missiles and drones struck energy and transport infrastructure in Podilsk, leaving 26,900 households without electricity and injuring one energy worker.
- Later, missile debris killed a 71-year-old man near the seashore in Odesa district.
Kherson
- russian artillery hit a children’s hospital in the Dnipro district.
- Nine people were injured, including four children and three medical workers.
- The hospital and nearby buildings were severely damaged.
Massive Attack on Ukraine
October 30, 2025
- russia carried out a massive combined missile and drone attack on Ukraine’s energy system, launching 705 air targets, including 52 missiles and 653 Shahed-type drones.
- Ukrainian air defense destroyed 623 targets, but impacts were recorded at 20 locations in Zaporizhzhia, Vinnytsia, Lviv, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.
- In Zaporizhzhia, two people were killed and 23 injured, including six children, after missiles hit residential buildings and dormitories.
- In Vinnytsia region, a seven-year-old girl was killed in Ladiyzhyn, where major power facilities were damaged, leaving the city without heat and water.
- In Donetsk region, russian forces conducted more than 2,000 attacks, killing eight civilians (including two energy workers) and injuring 19 others in Kramatorsk, Kostiantynivka, and Sloviansk.
- In Sloviansk, a strike on the local thermal power plant killed two energy workers and injured multiple other staff.
- The strikes caused serious damage to power substations, disrupting electricity and posing risks to nuclear safety.
- The IAEA confirmed that two nuclear power plants temporarily lost one of their external power lines during the attack.
Attacks on Sumy Region
October-November, 2025
- russia launched a massive drone attack on the city of Sumy late on October 30.
- Within one hour, ten explosions were reported as ten Shahed-type drones struck residential and civilian infrastructure.
- Fifteen people were injured, including four children (aged 7, 13, 14, and 15).
- Two men, aged 49 and 54, were among the wounded energy workers.
The strikes caused extensive damage to:
- a railway station and passenger depot, destroying several service buildings and train cars;
- an oxygen station and heat facility, cutting heat and water supply;
- a dormitory, a gas station, and three multi-story residential buildings;
- several private homes and four cars.

- Another russian drone attack struck the Kovyakivskyi district of Sumy, hitting a busy roadway.
- A drone exploded directly on the road, damaging a passing car.
- No fatalities were reported.
Dnipro Region
November 1, 2025
- russian forces attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region, causing civilian casualties.
- Samarskyi district: A strike destroyed a local store and caused a fire.
- Nikopol district: FPV drones and artillery hit Nikopol, Marhanets, Pokrovske, Myrove, and Chervonohryhorivka.
- One woman was killed, and a 73-year-old man was injured.
- Two houses and several vehicles were damaged.

- russia launched a massive drone attack on Kamianske, damaging a four-story building.
- One civilian was killed, and eight people were injured, including five rescuers.
- Fires broke out; infrastructure and transport facilities were damaged.
- 37 rescuers and 10 vehicles responded to the scene.
- The same day, shelling caused a power outage affecting eight coal mines, trapping 2,595 miners underground.
- All were safely evacuated without injuries.
Massive Overnight Attack

- russia launched a massive overnight attack on Ukraine, targeting energy and residential infrastructure.
- Multiple power plants were damaged — all state-owned thermal power stations, including the Kyiv TPP, were temporarily shut down.
- Emergency blackouts were introduced across regions, leaving several cities without electricity for hours.
- Dnipro was hit by a drone that struck a high-rise building, killing three and injuring 13.
- Rescuers pulled a young girl and her cat alive from the rubble.
- Kyiv faced fires and outages after drone debris ignited trucks and power lines.

The volume of grain and legume exports from Ukraine in the 2025/26 MY totaled 9.87 mln tons, 5.2 mln tons (35%) less than the same period last season.
- Wheat – 6.4 mln tons (−19%)
- Barley – 1.1 mln tons (−34%)
- Rye – 0.2 K tons (vs 10.6 K tons last year)
- Corn – 2.15 mln tons (three times less)
- Flour – 22.2 K tons (−15%)
Agri-Food Exports in October 2025
Ukraine exported 4.5 mln tons of agri-food products in October, 20.8% more than in September.
- Grains – 2.7 mln tons (wheat – 56%, corn – 35%, barley – 8%), up 9%.
- Oilseeds – 447.1 K tons (soybeans – 53%, rapeseed – 45%, flax – 2%), up 39%.
- Vegetable oils – 510.8 K tons (sunflower – 72%, rapeseed – 18%, soybean – 9%), up 63%.
- Oil meals – 467.2 K tons (sunflower – 73%, soybean – 27%), up 66%.
- Other products – 386.1 K tons, up 14%.
Ukrainian Sea Corridor
Since the start of operation, 155 mln tons of cargo, including 92 mln tons of grain, have been shipped through the Ukrainian Sea Corridor.
Planting

Ukrainian farmers have planted 5,908.4 K ha of winter crops, which is 90% of the forecasted area.
- Winter wheat – 4,303.5 K ha
- Winter barley – 478.7 K ha
- Winter rye – 65.9 K ha
Winter rapeseed has been planted on 1,060.3 K ha, mostly in Vinnytsia, Odesa, and Khmelnytskyi regions.
Harvesting

Ukrainian agricultural producers have harvested 43,630.0 K tons of grain crops from 9,301.7 K ha, completing 81% of the planned area.
- Wheat – 22,822.9 K tons from 5,047.8 K ha
- Barley – 5,372.4 K tons from 1,350.5 K ha
- Peas – 660.7 K tons from 271.3 K ha
- Corn – 13,746.8 K tons from 2,213.7 K ha (53% of planted area)
- Other grains and pulses – 883.4 K tons from 321.0 K ha
Oilseeds – 16,352.4 K tons, including:
- Sunflower – 8,725.8 K tons from 4,610.8 K ha
- Soybeans – 4,305.7 K tons from 1,828.9 K ha
- Rapeseed – 3,320.9 K tons from 1,274.1 K ha
Overall, sunflower has been harvested from 90% of planted areas, soybeans – 84%, and rapeseed – fully completed.
Sugar beets – 7,949.3 K tons from 151.0 K ha (76% of planted area).
